Not taking the path of building generals and soldiers like Kingdom Rush, Bad Dinos allows players entitled “kidnapped” and domesticated dinosaur army for player’s faction. As a premium game, Bad Dinos did not provide any in-game store to players. The players complete with 3-star in the first time they play, especially in challenging with time limit is almost “impossible”.
Bad Dinos doesn’t allow players to choose the game’s difficulty, and game’s length was very short (only 12 levels). Insomniac Games want to create a difficult game, that players have to play over and over again, even when they have completed the game, if the players really want to achieves full 36 stars. However, a strange thing is even when the players had unlocked full upgrade of the defense tower, they still cannot use them in the old game level, which lead to earning the 3-star when playing again still very hard.
Starting from the 5th level onwards in the game, the diversity of dinosaur pack became declining, while the new species is only “mutations” of the old species, with new colors, increase defense, more health, which likely boring for players.
