[dropcap style=”style1″]V[/dropcap]ector Unit revealed at PAX Prime 2015 that “Riptide GP: Renegade” will be coming to mobile very shortly after the game launces on consoles.

Vietgame.asia – The console version of Riptide GP: Renegade is looking to deliver more of the solid jet-ski-racing action that the previous two entries in the series are known for.

Riptide GP: Renegade will have incredible new and visually stunning race tracks, vehicles, racers, trophies, mini-games and best of all, online and split screen multiplayer. The game is now about racing through cities and other areas that you’re not necessarily supposed to race though, with cops all around to try and shut you down. It makes for some cool new courses to play through.

While the console versions are looking mightily impressive, the developers of Riptide GP 2 and Hydro Thunder Hurricane – Vector Unit says that the console version should feature the same tracks and gameplay, just with visuals scaled down for mobile devices.

The plan is for the studio to launch Riptide GP: Renegade for console and desktop first, with the mobile version following very shortly after if all goes to plan. There’s no release date quite yet, so just keep your eyes peeled down the road for more on this one.
