Vietgame.asia – Age of Empires is Microsoft’s very popular RTS title on PC platform, released in 1997. As you took command of history’s greatest civilizations, you could choose to control the mysterious might of China, the structural grandeur of Byzantium or the relentless tenacity of the Sioux.
Recently, the popular PC game’s derivative mobile game Age of Empires: Castle Siege was finally released on iOS (has been launched on Windows Phone before). It’s a good news for AoE fans, but….it may be also a bad news.
The gameplay is no longer our familiar real-time synchronous PVP combats, but looks more like Clash of Clans style, include its graphic style. You can build constructions in the game, but not so free. They won’t be level up with your headquarter. You just need to tap screen to gather resource, rather than searching Mines and planting farms.
And, most importantly, you can only constantly level up your based to keep competitive, because your opponents won’t restart the game with you. Besides, the hero system also makes the game be quite different with traditional Age of Empires.
Overall, if you just miss Age of Empires or like a strategy combat mobile game, you can try Age of Empires: Castle Siege. But if you are loyal fan of AoE, you may feel disappointed.[su_icon_panel background=”transparent” border=”1px none #cccccc” shadow=”0px 0px 0px #eeeeee” icon=”icon: html5″ icon_color=”#1f6dc9″ icon_size=”70″ url=”http://www.ageofempires.com/CastleSiege.aspx”][/su_icon_panel][su_icon_panel background=”transparent” border=”1px none #cccccc” shadow=”0px 0px 0px #eeeeee” icon=”icon: facebook-square” icon_color=”#1f6dc9″ icon_size=”70″ url=”https://www.facebook.com/ageofempires”][/su_icon_panel][su_icon_panel background=”transparent” border=”1px none #cccccc” shadow=”0px 0px 0px #eeeeee” icon=”icon: apple” icon_color=”#1f6dc9″ icon_size=”70″ url=”https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/age-of-empires-castle-siege/id977905957?mt=8″][/su_icon_panel]
