[dropcap style=”style1″]A[/dropcap]ward-winning roguelike “Desktop Dungeons” is headed to tablets on May 28th. It’ll be £7.99 / $9.99 on iOS App Store and Google Play.
Vietgame.asia – The mobile port of Desktop Dungeons doesn’t just share the name; it’s a complete port of the original PC game, with all features in-tact, including the new classes from the Enhanced Edition.
If you’ve played the desktop version of the game, and have a DesktopDungeons.net Cloud Sync account setup, your kingdoms will be playable on the mobile version. It’s also been optimized for touchscreen, as any good mobile port should be.
Desktop Dungeons is going to cost $9.99, and contain all the Enhanced Edition content from the April update to the game. $9.99 is ‘expensive’ for an iPad game, but still cheaper than the desktop version! There’s no consumable IAP, this is the same game as the desktop version, just playable on your iPad now. Or, if you have an Android tablet, it’ll work for that, too.
The iPad and Android versions of Desktop Dungeons will have different seeds for the daily modes, so you can actually do 3 different daily quests if you buy the game across all 3 platforms. The mobile version won’t get the Goatperson DLC quite yet, but if you have it on the desktop version and synced to your account, you can play it on the mobile version.
